Integrated in this study, and the composition of its results, there has been a wide selection of public promotion housing projects of the cities surveyed: Tetouan and Larache.
Subsequent pages provide a systematization of a set of bibliographic and archival data found during the investigation, which it has been called as catalog. Due to the difficulty encountered in the determination and appropriation of information on the buildings, it is presented as a work tool, open permanently to be enlarged and amended.
From the reference lists of houses found, it has been established a project selection, depending on the interest generated by the work and documentation discovered. In this sense, it is necessary to point out the shortcomings that there have so far appeared.
The catalog consists of a series of project files for both cities. There is shown schematically significant data of each work and it is developed a number of general issues that help to context and establish a first analysis. The analysis that it has been performed it is a basic study, and as mentioned, one must go deep on each of the points raised.
The composition of the tabs and its correlative display helps to understand easily the theoretical and experimental corpus that meant the colonial public action in housing. This solid work, as a whole, is presented as one of the more complex and reflective actions of the ones undertaken before. Thus, the indirect but accurate reading of the housing, helps to analyze the colonial period and its urban phenomenon from a broad and critical understanding.
On the other hand, the catalog is a way to facilitate the approach and the reading of any reader, whether experienced or interested, on the subject of study. Clearly shows the evolution of styles and types, the project scales, modes of composition of the commons places and interiors, the integration of technology notes, the differences caused by urban contexts or changes depending of the recipients.
